Is this club only for aerospace engineers?
No! This club is for anyone at NC State that is interested in Rocketry. We have members of all different majors.
Are there any club membership fees?
Nope. HPRC is funded through money from the Engineering Council and Student Government. Membership is completely free. However, we do have t-shirts that you can purchase.
How do I join the club?
Membership in the club is very informal. You can be as involved as you want to be. First join our mailing list on the homepage. Then once you come to a meeting you can be added to our Slack workspace.
What meetings can I go to as a part of the club?
Our club has an open door policy, so if you want to join sub-team meetings, you’re free to do so!
How often does the club launch rockets?
We have public launches in Bayboro NC 3-6 times a year, and a competition launch in Huntsville Alabama. At this moment, our launches will be open to the public, more information will come as we get closer to launch windows.
